Custom Shutters, Inc. - Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Custom Shutters, Inc. warrants that this product shall be free of any defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of this product. CSI shall repair or replace, at its option, any defective product upon receipt of notice. CSI may require, as a condition to obtaining warranty service, that the defective product or part be returned to the factory for inspection. A product originally sold unfinished will be replaced in an unfinished condition.

Wood is a natural product and may have characteristic differences in the grain pattern and stain effect. This is considered an enhancement of the beauty of natural wood and is not a material defect. This warranty does not cover defects caused by improper installation, improper alteration, abuse, misuse, or exposure to outside elements.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARE MADE. Custom Shutters, Inc. shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
